Camera Not Powering On

Check the power source, cable, adapter, and startup behavior before opening a support request.

Confirm the power source

Start the vehicle if your power outlet switches on only with the ignition. Test the outlet with another compatible device when possible.

Reseat every connection

Disconnect and reconnect the cable at the camera and power adapter. A connector should fit firmly without being forced.

Inspect the cable and adapter

Look for bent connectors, cuts, crushing, or unusual heat. Stop using visibly damaged accessories.

Try a controlled restart

Remove power for 30 seconds, reconnect it, and press the power button once. If the camera still does not respond, note any lights or sounds and include them in your support request.
